Otavio Chamorro is a Brazilian screenwriter and director who has a Bachelor's Degree in Audiovisual at University of Brasilia. His four short films have already been exhibited in five continents, in more than one hundred festivals, having received several awards for script, direction, art direction and acting. He co-directed the full-length documentary "Women who care for Women" and is the screenwriter of the documentary "Faces of Malawi". In addition to his career in film productions, Otavio also worked as a writer and director in advertising and corporate films for clients such as Sebrae, Sesi, Senai, CNI, Apex-Brazil, Bank of Brazil Foundation, FHE, Embratur, Ministry of National Integration, among others .

In television, he has written and directed various show for channels like MTV, Band, Futura, Arte 1, CNN International and Terra Viva. In 2018, his sitcom project "Call Center" was one of the winners of the 3rd NetLabTv. In 2019, he participated in the Talents Sundance Film Festival forum. In 2020, he co-wrote and directed the fourth season of "Art in Photography" for Arte 1 Channel, and wrote "Deu Positivo", for MTV in Brazil. He is currently pre-producing "It takes two", his first feature film and also has developed new TV series projects for which he seeks partnerships to produce them.
