Rosangela is promoted as a manager of the Complaints DDepartment in a call center, with the mission to improve the service in that sector, but everything goes wrong when she needs to lead an incompetent team that wants anything but work. Not to mention a bunch of traps that are being set up on her back and an enemy that does everything to mess with her life.
